Just found out that my fasting protein, soy, and favorite veggie, cabbage, are thyroid suppressors. I haven’t had my thyroid levels checked, but I bet I could use some boosting. Just ordered some kelp iodine, but will have to wait till Christmas to eat red meat which contains the cow’s thyroid hormones. Meanwhile, one can hope that the fasting diet also helps suppress the passions.
