I’m missing Solzhenitsyn. I haven’t checked out Volume 2 yet because I’m thinking about reading St. John Cassian’s The Conferences for the Nativity Fast. I also want to finish Bleak House. In addition, since watching The Last of the Mohicans the other night, I’m thinking about reading The Leatherstocking Tales. The first couple of pages of The Deerslayer are pretty good, so, since the younger three and I are driving to Kendalia and back today for Holy Archangels’ feast day Vigil, I downloaded the audible version. It has more universal appeal to my driving companions than the other choices. So much to read, but so undisciplined that it takes so much time.
